The AI assistant
The AI chat page answers questions about the selected store in plain language and can look up how SellerTacos works. It needs the Growth plan or above, or AI chat switched on for your organisation.
What it can answer
- Your numbers: performance, top products, orders, ASIN funnel, search terms and opportunities, traffic, TACOS alerts, returns and refunds, what needs attention (the dashboard card's signals), campaigns and reports. It fetches the data before answering.
- How things work: how a number is calculated, what a flag means, why a page is empty. It uses these Help Center articles and links to them.
It only sees the current store. It will not discuss other users, organisations or account internals.
Making changes
If you are a Store manager or above and your plan includes bid automation (Pro), the assistant can propose changes to your Amazon Ads account: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, negatives, budgets.
- It first looks up the current state and tells you what it plans to change.
- It does not run the change. It shows a confirmation card.
- The change runs only when you press Confirm. Cancel drops it. A proposal expires after 10 minutes.
- On confirm, your role and plan are checked again. If the change is no longer valid you see the reason.
Limits protect the account: bids are bounded, and at most 50 items change in one action. Changes made by the assistant are logged. They cannot be undone from the chat, so the confirmation card is your safeguard.
Daily limit
Each organisation has a daily message limit, set by the plan unless your administrator sets a custom one. The usage line on the page shows what is left. Growth includes 20 messages a day, Pro 50 and Scale 100 (counted over a rolling 24 hours), unless your administrator sets a custom limit.
Tips
- Name the store period: "Last 30 days", or a date range.
- Ask "how is X calculated?" for a definition, and "what's my X?" for your own number.
Still stuck? Ask us from the chat bubble in the corner of the page. Tell us the store, the page and the date range.
