A store shows Reconnect or syncing has paused
SellerTacos pauses syncing for a connection when Amazon stops accepting its requests. Typical causes: someone removed the app's access in Seller Central or Amazon Ads, or the authorisation expired.
What happens
- Syncing pauses for the stores that use that connection.
- Owners and Admins get one email naming the connection, region and affected stores.
- No data is lost. What was already imported stays, and syncing resumes by itself once you reconnect, including any history that was interrupted.
How to fix it
- Open the email and click Reconnect now, or go to Settings → Stores.
- Click Reconnect on the store's row (Seller Central or Amazon Ads, whichever is disconnected).
- Approve the request on Amazon's page.
What does not pause syncing
Short Amazon outages or slow responses do not pause anything: SellerTacos retries those automatically. A missing role (for example Brand Analytics) is shown on the page that needs it and does not pause the store. See Why are my Brand Analytics pages empty?.
Both connections
Ad reports need both the Seller Central and the Amazon Ads connection to be healthy. Orders, the ASIN Library and Brand Analytics need only Seller Central.
