How fresh is my data, and how far back does it go?

Ad data is 1 to 2 days late
Amazon publishes ad reports late, so the latest days can show no ad cost yet. To keep the ratios honest, % Organic and TACOS only count sales up to the last day with ad data, and we do not show an ad-cost change against the previous period until the ad data is complete. A banner on the page tells you when this applies.
Your first sync
After you connect a store, the last 90 days of orders and your ad history arrive over the next few hours. You can leave the page. Reports fill in as they land, newest first, and older weeks keep loading after that.
Where to see what is up to date
Under Data connections on the dashboard you can see when each source was last synced and whether anything failed. If a source shows a problem, see A store shows Reconnect or syncing has paused.
