Inventory, days of cover and restock quantity
SellerTacos reads your FBA inventory once a day and joins it with your sales rate. Stock counts FBA fulfillable units plus the quantity you hold for seller-fulfilled (FBM) orders, which comes from your listings report (refreshed daily), so a SKU that is empty at Amazon but in stock with you is not flagged. The Products page shows stock columns and a status pill per SKU, and the dashboard's Needs attention card lists the riskiest ones.
Days of cover
Days of cover = fulfillable units ÷ daily sales rate, where the daily rate is the units ordered in the last 30 days ÷ 30. There is also a version that includes inbound units. Days of cover counts FBA and FBM units together; the FBA units and FBM units columns show the two counts for each SKU. With no sales in the last 30 days, days of cover is unknown.
Stock status
| Status | Rule |
|---|---|
| Out of stock | No fulfillable units, and no seller-fulfilled (FBM) quantity either |
| Critical | Under 7 days of cover |
| Low | Under 30 days of cover |
| OK | 30 days or more |
Needs attention
The stock list ranks out of stock first, then critical, then low. On the dashboard, the card merges stock and traffic problems and shows the top five overall, biggest estimated loss first. A SKU with no stock, nothing inbound and no sales in the last 30 days is treated as discontinued and left out, so old products do not crowd the list.
Restock quantity
Restock quantity = (lead time + 7) × daily rate − (fulfillable + inbound), never below 0
Set each SKU's lead time (days from ordering to stock being available) in the ASIN Library, or a store-wide default in Settings. Without a lead time, the column shows a dash.
Ad spend while out of stock
The Products page shows how much ad spend went out on days a SKU was out of stock, and an estimate of the sales you lost, from the SKU's normal daily revenue.
Pause ads and undo
On a SKU that has running ads, Pause ads pauses its enabled Sponsored Products ads (it is meant for SKUs that are out of stock) (matched by SKU, so other SKUs on the same ASIN keep running). Undo within 24 hours re-enables exactly the ads that were paused. It needs the Store manager role or higher (any plan). The Pause ads column is hidden by default: turn it on in Columns. See Apply Bid and Pause ads.
Stock-aware suggestions
Keyword Performance holds back bid raises for products with under 14 days of cover (or out of stock), so you do not buy clicks you cannot fulfil.
